Nelof launched in April 2026 with one stubborn idea — free online games should actually be free. No paywalls hiding the best levels. No five-second “ads” that turn into five-minute videos. No accounts to create just to try a puzzle. We built Nelof.com because we were tired of clicking on a game and being asked for a credit card.
Today, Nelof is a growing library of hand-picked browser games across Adventure, Arcade, Board Game, Puzzles, and Sports. Every game runs directly in your browser on desktop, tablet, or phone, and every game stays free — every visit, every player, every time.
Who Runs Nelof
Nelof is run by a small team of long-time gamers and web developers. Between us, we have been playing browser games since the early Flash era and watched the free-games space slowly fill up with low-quality clones, broken links, and sites that bury the actual game under a wall of pop-ups. Nelof is the site we wished existed when we were younger — and honestly, the site we still wish existed today.
We are based in India and we run Nelof as a passion project that pays for itself through a small number of ads. We are not a big company. We are not backed by investors. We are just gamers who wanted a clean place to play.
What We Publish
Every game listed on Nelof is tested by us before it goes live. If a game loads slowly, has broken controls, or feels like shovelware, it does not make the cut. For each game we publish, we write our own description, controls guide, and tips. We do not paste in whatever the developer sent us.
Our current categories include:

Why We Show Ads
Hosting, bandwidth, and the time we spend testing games and writing pages are not free. We display a small number of ads on Nelof, so we can keep adding new games without charging visitors a single rupee. We follow Google’s ad placement guidelines, and we never run anything that gets in the way of gameplay.
We will never run pop-up ads. We will never run ads that auto-play sound. We will never run ads that block the game.
