Contact Us
Nelof is run by a small team, and every message sent through this page lands in a real inbox that a person reads. There is no ticketing system and no automated reply bot. If you write to us, one of us writes back.
The fastest way to reach us is the form at the bottom of this page. If you would rather use email directly, write to contact@nelof.com and we will pick it up from the same inbox.
What to Contact Us About
Most of the mail we get falls into one of these buckets, and all of them are welcome:
- A game is broken. If a game will not load, freezes partway through, or the controls stop responding, tell us the game name and the browser and device you were on. Broken games get pulled or fixed, and this is genuinely the most useful message you can send us.
- A game suggestion. If there is a browser game you love and think belongs on Nelof, send it over. We look at everything suggested before deciding, so it may take us a few days to reply.
- A correction. We write our own descriptions, controls guides, and tips for every game on the site. If we got a control scheme wrong, described a mechanic badly, or missed something obvious, we want to know so we can fix the page.
- You are the developer of a game we list. If you made a game that appears on Nelof and you want the credit changed, the description updated, or the game removed entirely, email us and we will action it. Removal requests are honoured, no argument.
- Privacy and data requests. If you want to know what data we hold about you, or want it deleted, send the request here and we will handle it. See our privacy policy for the detail.
- Advertising and business. Partnership, advertising, and other business enquiries reach us at the same address.
How Long We Take to Reply
We usually answer within two to three working days. Broken game reports get looked at first because they affect everyone who lands on that page. Game suggestions take longest, because we actually sit down and play the game before we reply.
What We Cannot Help With
We did not make the games on Nelof. They are browser games we license and embed through GamePix, so we cannot add levels, change difficulty, restore lost progress, or recover a save file inside a game. If your progress disappeared, it was almost certainly stored in your browser and cleared along with your cookies or site data. We can tell you what we know about a game, but the game code is not ours to change.
We also do not host game downloads, sell accounts, or take payment for anything. Nelof is free to use and there is nothing to buy, so if you receive an email claiming to be from Nelof asking for money or login details, it is not from us.
Send Us a Message
Fill in the form below. The message field is optional but the more detail you give us, especially the game name and your browser, the faster we can actually do something about it.
